During my trip to Shetland in May of 03, I visited as many of the knitwear sources that I could -- if you love fair isle, but don't want to tackle one of these fabulous designs yourself, buy one direct from Shetland -- here are links to the best Shetland has to offer..

Shetland Designer - if you love fair isle sweaters, but don't want to knit your own -- you can pick one of the absolutely fabulous sweaters offered by Wilma Malcomson "Shetland Designer".  I was totally blown away when I visited Wilma's shop in May of 03 during my visit to Shetland -- enjoy!

Shetland Collection - Doreen Brown produces the "Shetland Collection" -- I was very fortunate to visit her shop, which is adjacent to her home very near the Sumburgh Airport on Shetland -- this is another on-line site to purchased the fabulous Shetland knitwear.
