US Customers -- your order will be
processed in Canadian Dollars, with conversion to US funds at the rate used
by your credit card company on the day the transaction is processed.
If paying by Visa or Mastercard,
I would be pleased to contact you to obtain your card number, expiry date,
and full name as it appears on
the card (just supply me with your phone number, and let me know when it
would be convenient to contact you).
If paying by

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
She Ewe Knits wants you to be
happy with your purchase. If when you receive your yarn parcel you are
not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it immediately (postmarked
within 7 days) for exchange, or refund. Your complete order must
be returned for refund. Sorry, but shipping charges cannot be
refunded.
Jamieson's Shetland Spindrift -- We understand that you
sometimes over-estimate the yarn required for a particular project. If
you have skeins of Shetland Spindrift* left over from your project and would like
to return them, She Ewe Knits will be pleased to accept the returned yarn and
provide credit towards your next order. *Yarn must be in the original
skein/ball form complete with label. All
other "stock" yarns (Silk & Shetland Lambswool,
Shetland Lambswool & Cashmere, Traditional Aran and Heather Aran -- (unless returned within 7 days of
receipt) sales are final sale -- make sure you order sufficient yarn for
your project as dye lots
change frequently! If the dye lot is still in stock, She Ewe Knits may
accept return of full leftover balls. All yarns
ordered "Special Order" are final sale.
Shipping charges incurred when returning yarn are your responsibility,
and will not be credited. |
